Beachcomber in Agnes

Positive: It was very comfortable and the room had everything that I needed. Also big shout out to Ginny for assisting me with my booking when my plans slightly changed. She responded very quickly to my queries and made the whole process so much better. Negative: My only hiccup was I couldn't connect to the WiFi, but it wasnt a big deal.

Perfect, everything went well

Positive: Lovely bathroom, clean and tidy, great location. Nice big TV. Big bed. Fresh and modern style. Negative: Needed more outlets, the microwave, kettle and toaster all had to use the same plug and forever plugging things in and out. Sending out the access details after 2pm on the day is unhelpful as people are on route not checking their emails. Rather than sending details 5 days out and again mid afternoon on the day, I'd recommend sending them the day prior or early morning on check in day as not everyone has mobile roaming data on all the time. Arriving in the dark and looking for a complex called Beachcomber was frustrating as the complex isn't called that at all, only the one unit. Most rooms had security doors so we couldn't even see the name on the door in the dark behind the screen and didn't feel comfortable opening up security doors on all the apartments to find our one. We had two unexpected visitors, one was another lost guest who also didn't know their check in details and the other was a tradie trying to open the door and get in to fix a fan but the fan was fine. Both these visits were unnecessary if better access and instructions had been provided to those people.

Positive: The room was very comfortable, excellent bed, toiletries in the bathroom were amazing, we had to look them up online to see if we could buy some, a pod coffee machine was a great addition. It was a short walk to a fantastic Thai restaurant, and the restaurant onsite was very popular, short walk to everything, if we return to Agnes Water again we would definately stay again.

Absolutely beautiful stay Positive: Great location. Very comfortable stay. Of all the places I have stayed the pillows on the bed were the best. Which makes a big difference as I usually take my own. But don’t need it on this stay.
